These prices are for Franklin County. There is NO travel charge if the wedding takes place inside Franklin County.
Outside Franklin county travel is computed each way at $.50 per mile weekdays, $.75 weeknights and $1.00
weekends. Out-of-county travel is calculated from my home to the wedding site. Travel fees for my associate
ministers will vary, depending on their home county.
Weekday prices apply Monday through Thursday before 5:00 p.m.
Weeknight/Weekend prices apply at other times.
Holidays, special dates, or odd hours may be more.
Special dates are: national holidays, New Year's Eve, Christmas Eve and Valentine's day
Please note that I often book several ceremonies for the same date. In consideration of other couples, your
ceremony must start within the time allotted for your package or I may have to leave and return later for an
additional fee. I send all required papers to the appropriate probate courts within 5 business days. There are no
hidden fees or extra charges for doing this.
I will gladly stay for the reception and blessing of the food if invited and if I do not have other plans.
However, if you require me to stay for the reception and blessing of the food, there will be an additional charge.
If you are having a wedding on a day other than Saturday I have an arrangement with a professional photographer
to provide you a substantial discount on photography. This special photographic package is within reach of

Wireless Sound: I also have a battery-powered, 50-watt public address system with wireless mics and a CD player.
Acoustics aren't always good and this will allow all of your guests to hear the ceremony and any readings.
Also, if you don't have music, you may use the CD player for your processional and recessional. There is no extra
charge for this on full service, but you must request this in advance.
Short-notice private ceremony -- $40 on weekdays, $75 weeknight, weekends and special dates
For the couple and no more than 2 guests, you may come to my home where I will perform a short
ceremony. You receive a printed copy of the ceremony and a Polaroid photo to take with you. No appointment
is required, but I do suggest you call first to make sure I'm available. Also, please do not call
after 10:00 p.m. Short-notice may not be scheduled more than 5 days in advance. Witnesses are not
required in Ohio. Click here for directions to my home.
Basic Service -- $75 weekdays, $150 weeknight $175 weekend
Recommended for a small wedding celebration without bridesmaids or groomsmen, or for a celebration where
you are confident that you can rehearse on your own. I normally arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled
time and discuss the ceremony. I will perform one of my beautiful standard ceremonies or a short ceremony
that you have written. I depart within 30 minutes of the scheduled ceremony time. Add $25 if you want the
wireless sound.
Full Service -- $200 weekdays or $300 weeknight/weekend
For a wedding celebration of any size. I will attend and/or conduct the rehearsal a day or two before
the ceremony. Or, if you prefer, I will arrive up to 1 1/2 hours prior to the scheduled ceremony time and
conduct the rehearsal at that time. I will perform the ceremony of your choice (my part is 1,000 words or less).
You may also request a free keepsake marriage certificate from my online certificate gallery. I depart
within 1 hour of the scheduled ceremony start time.
Platinum Service -- $400 weekdays, or $800 weeknight/weekend
Same as the full service package except that I will not schedule any other weddings on the same day as yours. This
assures you that I will stay at your wedding to perform the ceremony, no matter what delays may occur. I will
also arrive as early as you request for any pictures you want or for going over wedding detail with those who
could not attend the rehearsal. You also receive a free marriage certificate from my online certificate gallery
and free calligraphy by Lee Scott. There are no travel fees for the Platinum package if the wedding is in Ohio.
Express Filing -- $40 with delivery
If you need immediate proof that you're married, I go to the courthouse and file the papers necessary
to obtain a certified abstract of marriage and deliver it to you in Franklin county within one business day.
Reserving Your Date
To make a reservation for a specific date, I request a retainer of 50% of the total fee. Please note that
this retainer is NOT in addition to the officiating fee. The retainer goes toward the total officiating
fee and is not refundable. If for any reason you do not have me perform the ceremony and I receive 7 days
notice, you will receive a refund of any monies paid except for the 50% retainer.
